PreparationStep 1 - Melt two tablespoons of butter in the cast iron skillet. Salt and pepper both sides of the ribeyes. Grill on stovetop in cast iron skillet
until medium rare. Remove to platter.
Step 2 - Saute sliced onions in 4 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Cook for 5-7
minutes until dark and caramelized. Reduce heat to simmer and pour in cream.
Cook
for 5 minutes or until reduced by half. Stir in bleu cheese until melted. Serve steaks on
generous portion of sauce.
Total time - 20 to 25 minutes
Yield - 2 to 3 servings
